Our tube-filling machines can be used to fill standard and special products and packages, such as silicon, mascara, cartridges, dispensers or single-dose cartridges. Our cartoning machines not only carton tubes but also bottles, phials, cartridges, syringes and dispensers.

Research and Development
TGM – TECNOMACHINES srl always considered strategic to invest in research and development for the manufacture of machines, also thanks to the resources dedicated over the years for equipment, production systems, specific consultancy, research contracts with industry experts.
The “R&D” is one of the strengths of our company, which allowed us to achieve considerable technological and commercial success, with increasingly innovative and quality products.
Attention to human resources is an essential condition for development and improvement of the entire production process, from the conception, to the design, to the construction of the machine, with the utmost attention to the customer’s needs.
The research also aims to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the machines produced, to respond to customer needs and the most important challenges of this period.
Safety and Compliance
The safety of TGM – TECNOMACHINES srl machines has always been the subject of the utmost attention, starting from the design, continuing with construction and ending with the strict final tests to guarantee the result.
Our attention to these aspects stems from consolidated relationships with university researchers and experts in the sector and is always kept high with specific training courses for internal staff, in all areas of competence.
Our entire production of machinery is subject to continuous compliance checks in relation to Community Directives, also through instrumental checks for Electromagnetic Compatibility and Low Voltage.
Our team of technicians always carefully evaluates all the applicable Harmonized Standards, starting from EN ISO 12100 for design and risk assessment, from EN 60204-1 for the electrical part, to EN ISO 13849-1 for control systems. , up to the most specific type C standards. All our machines are accompanied by suitable instruction manuals complete, accurate, clear and specific for that installation.
The process for CE marking is an integral part of us for the manufacture of each machine, in fact our products have always passed the tests performed by Notified Bodies, called upon the customer’s request. This is a source of pride for us and the motivation to continue to “make safety”.
On specific request and for special customer needs, our machines can also be certified for explosive environments and other product directives (ATEX, PED, etc.).
However, our market does not develop only in Europe, where Community directives are in force. Our commitment is therefore to pursue safety standards worldwide: for this very reason we can provide compliance with other reference standards (UL and GMP standards for the USA, Gost certification or EurAsEC regulations for Russia, NR standards -12 for Brazil, OH&S federal legislation for Australia, etc.).
Furthermore, our company, on specific customer request, is able to provide the most common product acceptance tests (SAT & FAT) and validation tests (IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ).
With the collaboration of experts in the sector, who also operate at the levels of regulatory technical committees (one of our consultants is the editor of the technical report UNI / TR 11749 for interconnection and integration) and who have relations with the Ministry of Economic Development , since 2017 we have adapted our machines to comply with the requirements of Law 232/2016 and subsequent amendments in the logic of “Industry 4.0, Business 4.0 and Transition 4.0”.
To all intents and purposes, our machines can be classified in Annex a, Group 1, point 6: “packaging and wrapping machines” and therefore can fully qualify for the tax benefit associated with investments in “Capital goods whose operation is controlled by computerized systems or managed by appropriate sensors and drives “(Hyper-amortization and Tax Credit). Further confirmation is the clarification issued with the Circular 4E of the Revenue Agency of 30/03/2017, where it is clarified that: “these (machines) may include for example machines used for packaging and bottling”.
In detail, with reference to the Budget Law 232/2016 and the clarifications of the Circular 4E of the AdE, it is clear that the mandatory requirements of points 1, 4, 5 are exclusive of the tangible asset and can therefore be satisfied already at the time of manufacturing of that good, while the requirements of points 2 and 3 can only be the result of a union between the tangible good produced and the company that acquires it and puts it into operation. Therefore our machines have been set up for interconnection and automated integration, but on their own they obviously cannot meet the requirements described.
