The quality and safety of our machines
We monitor and guarantee the quality of our tube-filling machines, cartoning machines, monoblocks and
bottle and jar filling lines down to the smallest detail: from the choice of materials, carefully selected
exclusively from guaranteed brands, to the assembly and testing of the machine itself.
For us, quality means providing our clients with functional, easy to use machines that are easy to adapt to
various production requirements and changes in format: the choice of top quality raw materials guarantees
the machine’s duration, whilst special and customised requirements can also be met thanks to the flexibility
of our production department.
The organisation and correct distribution of personnel based on specific tasks leads to a high degree of
production efficiency, resulting in greatly reduced production times, specialised, high-precision processing
and correct management of the internal resources.
We measure the quality of our machines through the satisfaction of our clients who are always happy to

TGM-TECNOMACHINES s.r.l. designs, manufactures and updates

with the regulations currently in force and relative product directives.
From a safety point of view, every one of our machines complies with the:
- Machinery Directive (2006/42/CE)
- Low Tension Directive (2006/95/CE)
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2004/108/CE)
and they are personally tested by our technical staff, specialist consultants and the Notified Bodies issuing
the required certification.
Attention to safety is given top priority in terms of both physical protection devices and those of an electrical
and electronic nature, in full compliance with the harmonised European standards (hEN) of reference (for
example: EN ISO 12100, EN 13857, EN 60204-1).
We also manufacture machines for specific applications (ATEX Directive, PED Directive, etc).
TGM-TECNOMACHINES s.r.l. also cares about the environment, and already designs its products in
compliance with ecologically compatible directives:
