1. PRIVACY STATEMENT

Information given pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No.196 dated 30th June 2003, known as the "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereafter referred to as the “Code”). The information given herein describes the methods adopted for management of the web site in terms of both personal data related to users consulting the site and any data sent in a spontaneous manner by visitors to the site, which may be accessed electronically at the web address: www.tgm.it which opens the home page of TGM-TECNOMACHINES s.r.l.’s web site. This statement only applies to TGM-TECNOMACHINES s.r.l.’s web site and activities and not to other web sites that users may consult through links and/or activities brought into being by third parties.

Data related to persons that have been identified or are identifiable may be processed following to consultation of this web site. With regards to the Italian domain, the controller of said data is TGMTECNOMACHINES s.r.l. and Mrs Rosa Guarnieri is the web site administrator. The web site is maintained by Evoluzione Telematica S.r.l. of Brescia.

3. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data related to the above-mentioned web site is processed in the aforementioned premises of the data controller by the same data controller, by persons appointed by the same when necessary, or by persons appointed to carry out occasional maintenance work. The web site is hosted by structures (in hosting), the compliance of which has been verified in advance by the company.
