Tube Filling Machines models vary according to the number of tubes that can be filled and sealed per minute (from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 400 per minute) and to the types of tubes to be handled (plastic, laminated or metal).
All of the machines can be equipped with various accessories to customize the machine, making them extremely versatile, adapting them to the characteristics of the product and the tube to be filled. It is very important to say that by simply changing the sealing unit, the same model of machine can be used to fill plastic or metal tubes.
By way of example, some of the most requested accessories are: the heated jacketed hopper for maintaining the product at the correct filling temperature, the product mixer, the level control device for automatic product loading into the hopper, the tube-cleaning device with air blowing and vacuum or the system for purging inert gas (nitrogen) into the tube.
